Weasel and Spider.

Weasel been very strong for quite some time. The weasel could never shoot a red bomb and then tank a blue right after. I dont know if it has to do with:

 

1) Recharge is better nowadays with Weasel?

2) Damage is reduced on blue bombs?

3) Take less Energy to shoot Red bombs / yellow bullets?

 

Now you can shoot a bomb with some bullets and still survive a blue bomb.

Everyone whos been around for some time and knows the weasel, knows its been tweaked or messed up.

I miss the old spider (not the one with singlefire) with the fast bombs.

Since the ship is kinda slow that fast bomb was good =)

I have to agree on this. The weasel IS tooooo strong of a ship.Maybe energy costs to fire an emp could be raised some.From what I remember, its supposed to be 400 energy to fire an emp now.

 

Something needs to be done.....just not sure what .

 

On a side note, the bomber needs its starting point raised. Even if you are trying to green up a bomber, you can't avoid the other ships with what you start with. Once the bomber is fully greened, its a good ship. Maybe raise the starting level speed, or rotation.

I'm not really worried about bombers starting ungreened, in fact I think it is a fair check on the bomber. Furthermore, the bomber can always ?buy energy as soon as it spawns to correct this problem. Its not that hard, win one flag game and you can buy energy all day long.

I've been frustrated about this for a while when I am in bomber. Useto be able to take down those weasel like nothing, usually a bullet or two combined with a bomb.

Anyone can tell the difference there is in the interactionbetween weasel and jav. The jav useto kill the weasel so much easier, that's all there is to it!

All im saying is that i would like to see them changed back since i think it was better.

 

When you can shoot an emp and then outgun a warbird with yellow bullets, something is wrong (Weasel).

Now that you mention it, I saw a weasel shoot a red bullet and a stream of yellow bullets. I gave it a thor which pretty much had a direct hit. Weasel still didn't die.

Just today I noticed that if I fired an emp and got hit by a bomb, I'd die in the weasel... Same goes for if I bombed someone right after they fired an emp... I haven't noticed any particular durability to it...

The funny part is, I even said to lower weasel's maximum energy level by 100. Does it look like I care, I can still wreak havoc amongst you swz wannabe vets.
